UP Police nab 2 suspected Kashmiris in Bareilly

arrest2Bareilly, Jul 26 - Uttar Pradesh police has nabbed two suspected Kashmiri from a lodge and recovered from their possession, several indiscriminate items, including some chemicals. Police sources here today said that during a raid at a lodge under Baradari police station, the two suspected were nabbed. They have been identified as Shaukat Ahmed(50) and Irfan (30). Both belong to Shergiri of Kashmir valley. UP police has handed over the two arrested suspect to the Intelligence Bureau(IB) for r further interrogation. The chemicals recovered from the accused have been sent to the lab for examinations. Records of the lodge where the Kashmiri were staying, were also being checked. During the recent past, Bareilly was experiencing regular communal and sectorial clashes and UP police were on night patrolling, when they received the information about these suspected Kashmiris. The sources hinted that there could be more such suspected Kashmiris in Bareilly and its neigbhouring districts.
