''Some anti-social elements will try to create communal disturbance in the state during this pious festival. The district officials and police should ensure that these forces do not raise their heads , Yadav said in a statement issued here tonight. He said that UP is known for its Ganga Jamuna culture which talks about peaceful existence of Hindus and Muslims but there are some forces which try to distabilise communal harmony of the state, he said. " Police should also keep an eye on the social sites as some try to spread hatred through posts and mails. Immediate action should be taken against these forces, " Yadav said. Yadav said the state is marching on the path of development. Our government is committed to provide better health care and improved infrastructure to the people of the state. "The state can progress only if there is communal peace. The investors want to invest in the state because we are able to provide them security. There is hope that things will improve and one day UP will be number one state of India," Yadav said.
