The notice also alleged that being a member of Indian National Congress and MLA, Nath has been highlighting BJP and its ideals which is regularly published in various print and electronic medias though he was in Congress party.
TPCC president Sinha mentioned in the letter, “You are not leaving Congress due to fear of losing MLA ship under the provision of Anti Defection Law” and added Nath was found to meet BJP national president Amit Shah at Agartala on May 6 last.
"TPCC has no doubt that Nath has been working directly for BJP and against Congress party which is gross misconduct and indiscipline, Sinha stated adding he has reportedly sent his supporters to BJP and also instigating other Congress supporters to join BJP.
