SP believes in work, not in promises : Akhilesh

images (1)Kanpur, Sep 11-Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today here said that Samajwadi Party believes in working not in just making promises. Addressing the gathering after inaugurating the world theme park at Beethur, Mr Yadav said that no political party in the country has done so much of development work like the SP unlike Bharatiya Janata Party during the tenure of 18 months made only promises. Mocking at the decision of making 13 smart cities in the state, the Chief Minister said that, "it seems that BJP was unaware of the fact that 13 was an unlucky number thus the state government has decided to make 14 smart cities in UP". Mr Yadav, on the problem of power supply in the state,said that their government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with the Toshiba company, and soon the problem will come to an end. Telling Kanpur a big industrial hub, Mr Yadav said that there are immense opportunities of employment here but the district was reeling under acute problems since last few years, new, ther government will provide all possible assistance to bring situation to the normal. Mr Yadav, on a strict tone asked the officers to do their duties with punctuality and responsibility and not to get involve in the politics. Adding that he also said that denizens know every thing and I also get to see the report card once in a year, so it would be better to get promotion through hard work
