New Delhi: Popular mythological show 'Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan', which focuses on the life of mythological hero lord Hanumaan, completed 600 episodes yesterday.
The show, which airs on Sony Entertainment Television traces the journey of Hanumaan from his childhood till the time he met Lord Rama and became his devout disciple.
Officials at Contiloe Pictures, the producers of the show, said, 'it is not just the storyline that keeps the audience engaged but also the actors who have performed wonderfully well.
' From young star Ishant Bhanushali to Nirbhay Wadhwa, the character of Hanuman has become a favourite.
The show has recently won “Best Mythological Show” at Dada Saheb Phalke Film Foundation Award.
To mark the occasion the team did cake cutting celebration on sets.
On the milestone achieved by the show, Mr Abhimanyu Singh – CEO, Contiloe Pictures said, 'I am obliged to my team and audience for showing constant love and support, as this is our first offering in the mythological genre and I am very elated that we have achieved benchmark which no other mythological show has achieved in recent times.
