Politics is not going to develop nation: Rajnath

IN03_RAJNATH_1981452fFarrukhabad, Jul 5-Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today here said that nation is not going to get developed with just politics, instead it will be done through social work. While addressing a public gathering here, Mr Singh said, " There came a very big difference between the sayings and working of our leaders after India got independence from the British rule which has resulted that now the people could not have faith on their leaders, thus there should be a difference between sayings and working of a public leader". The senior BJP leader was here at the Maudha village, 27 kilometers away from the district headquarters to inaugurate Saheed Smarak and honour the widows of martyrs. Mr Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the Clean India Campaign with an aim to clean the entire country and now the Union Government was trying to construct toilets in every home so that women did not have to go out of their home for sanitation. The Home Minister said no one becomes smaller by brooming or dusting, no matter if he is the Prime Minister of President. On the issue of violation of cease fire by counterpart nation Pakistan, Mr Singh said, "We know how to give take an eye for an eye, if they fire first." The senior BJP leader said that he was born in a family where getting a government job was not at all a easy task thus the union government has started to provide training to the youth for three to six months so that they can easily get employed. Mr Singh also applauded the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for starting the "Mudra Bank Scheme".
