Patrolling police picket attacked in Mathura; 3 injured

 Mathura : Three policemen including a chauki in charge was injured in an attack by some criminals during patrolling under Parkham police chauki area of Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. Senior Superitendent of police Kuwar Anupam Singh said here today that Rajesh Kumar in charge of Parkham police chauki was on patrolling with two of his subordinates yesterday. They were attacked by Jawahar and his two sons Bhura and Vinod with twelve others when police party tried to arrest them as they were creating nuicence after drinking. All three policemen got injured in that attack in which condition of Rakesh Kumar, Chauki incharge is stated to be (still) critical. Injured were taken to the hospital and further action to arrest those criminals are being taken.
