MPPEB scam accused gets bail



Gwalior : The Madhya Pradesh High Court’s Gwalior Bench has granted bail to the state’s Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) scam accused Deepak Yadav, who was one of the prominent accused in Pre-Medical Test (PMT) inconsistencies. A division bench of Acting Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice Alok Aradhe granted bail to Dr Yadav in all five cases registered against him yesterday. His brother Rahul Yadav was also given bail in three cases. Both were arrested on July 16, 2014. Besides, the court granted bail to Dr Vishal Yadav, Santosh Chourasia, Dharmendra Singh Chandel, Upendra Sharma and Harvimalgyan Jatav.
