Irked over his defence for Lalu, Modi demands dismissal of Shatru from BJP

Patna: Stung by tweet of BJP MP and cine star Shatrughna Sinha defending RJD chief Lalu Prasad and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on corruption charges, former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi dubbed him as 'traitor' and demanded his immediate dismissal from the party.Mr Modi, soon after the twit of Mr Sinha defending Mr Prasad and Mr Kejriwal on corruption charges, tweeted that those who were famous could not always be credible as well and such leader should be dismissed from the BJP as he was a traitor. It was painful to note that even Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar did not defend Mr Prasad after a series of corruption charges against him but BJP MP jumped for his defence, he remarked."Leader like Mr Sinha is traitor and it would be better for the party, sooner he was removed", Mr Modi said and pointed out that he had been taking a different line from the party at crucial moment.Former Deputy Chief Minister said that RJD chief Mr Prasad had given a call for rally in Patna on August 27 of all parties opposed to BJP but it was infact an exercise to protect his benami property.
