HC reserves order in Kejriwal

arvind-kejriwalLucknow, Aug 27-The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court today reserved its decision in the case against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his speech in Amethi during the last Lok Sabha elections. The order was kept reserved after the hearing on challenge petition filed on the orders of Judicial Magistrate of Amethi, by Justice Adityanath Mittal. It may be recalled that a case against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for his speech in Musafirkhana of Amethi district was registered while he was campaigning for Aam Aadmi Party's candidate Kumar Vishwas. A bailable warrant was issued by the Judicial Magistrate of Amethi on July 20 last against Mr Kejriwal.
