Haryana Tourism decides to celebrate 43 years of existence

Chandigarh : Haryana Tourism has decided to celebrate 43 years of its existence tomorrow and to mark this occasion, the Haryana Tourism Day, a 10 per cent discount on food and accommodation would be extended to guests visiting any of the tourist complexes of Haryana Tourism from September 1 to 4, 2016. Haryana Tourism Managing Director Sameer Pal Srow today said welcome banners and special illuminations would adorn all the tourist complexes. Interesting competitions for school students like folk dance, painting, face painting, rangoli making and special events like tree plantation would also be organised on September 1 at various tourist complexes across the state. Small gifts of sweets, balloons and biscuits will be distributed among the children, he added. He said to add to the charm of the Day celebrations, food festivals are being organised at Pinjore Gardens, Sunbird Motel, Surajkund and Ethnic India at Rai, Sonipat tourist complexes from September 1 to 4.
