Naxals kill two villagers in Gadchiroli

Nagpur, The Naxals allegedly killed two people under the jurisdiction of Hedari police station at a village in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra, police said on Monday. According to police, the incident occurred at Puraslagondhi village in Etapalli tehsil of Gadchiroli district on Sunday night, when the naxals entered into the village and took Maasu and Rushi with them into the nearby forest and brutally killed them. The victims were identified as Maasu Pungati (55), a Naxal sympathiser, and Rushi Meshram (52). Later, their bodies were dumped on Puraslagondhi-Aalenga road in the vicinity of the forest.
