BJP charges Rahul with politicising Vajpayees sickness

New Delhi, The BJP on Wednesday charged Congress president Rahul Gandhi with trying to "politicise" former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee's sickness and said the Congress leader has tried to use the occasion as a "face saver" as he had faced a defamation charge. "Rahul Gandhi' attempt to politicise Atal ji's illness was meant as a face saver as the court in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai, framed charges against him for defaming the RSS," BJP's IT cell chief Amit Malviya tweeted. Mr Malviya further wrote: "Now along with being an accused, out on bail, in the National Herald scam, he (Rahul Gandhi) has a defamation case slapped too!".
