SC stays Bombay HC order against NCP leader Dhananjay Munde

New Delhi, Supreme Court on Friday stayed a Bombay High Court order which had directed the registration of FIR against NCP leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Maharashtra Legislative Council Dhananjay Munde in connection with his alleged involvement in a land grabbing case. In its interim order, a vacation bench headed by Justice Surya Kant said, "We stay the Bombay High Court order till further hearing in the case. We will later hear the matter."
