CBI DSP moves HC against Alok Vermas decision to reverse transfer orders of officers

New Delhi: Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in CBI Devender Kumar on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court against Director Alok Verma's decision to reinstate transfer of various officers considered close to him. Devender Kumar was arrested last October and now is out of bail in connection with bribery allegations involving the Special Director of CBI Rakesh Asthana. Kumar filed a petition before Delhi High Court and sought order from court to direct the CBI not to allow Verma to deal with the bribery FIR against him and Asthana.
