Sultry weather continues in Delhi, air quality moderate

New Delhi: Delhiites on Sunday woke up to a sultry morning with a minimum temperature recorded at 31. 6 degrees Celsius , three notches above the season's average. According to the Met office, the sky was partly cloudy while the relative humidity at 0830 hours was 47 per cent. The weather office, however, has forecast strong surface winds during the day with the maximum temperature expected to hover around 41 Degrees Celsius. Air quality here improved a bit compared to Saturday's and was now moderate with an index value of 190, according to the Central Pollution Control Board, CPCB.
