New Delhi, Continuing with his efforts to keep Delhi pavements encroachment-free, Lieutenant-Governor Anil Baijal will be gracing a concert, organised by Citizens' Alliance, a group of professionals who bring their expertise to act as a bridge between the community and the government in improving the city.
Mr Baijal has been concerned and working constantly to decongest Delhi roads and clear pavements for pedestrians and also directed that areas under flyovers and U-turns be kept clean and green and that inter-State buses be rerouted.
A few days ago, the Lieutenant Governor notified a new parking policy for the national
capital, thus, paving the way for levying charges on parking of vehicles on designated streets and lanes in residential areas.
''WalkFree Carnival and Concert'' will be held on February 3 in Greater Kailash 2 where Mr Baijal is the chief Guest.
Palash Sen and Euphoria and other fine musicians will be playing in the event with fine food and other offerings. Please log i
