Satellite phone, messenger detected from two foreign nationals at IGI Airport

New Delhi: In a two different incidents at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport New Delhi, one satellite phone and satellite messenger were detected from two foreigners by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) on Wednesday, an official release said here. According to the CISF, around 0252 hrs, during Pre-Embarkation Security Check (PESC) at Security Hold Area of Terminal-3, a CISF personnel detected a satellite phone (Qualcomm) from the hand baggage of a Canadian national Juan C Arcila who was bound for Vancouver by Air Canada flight while around 0530 hrs at PESC. A CISF duty official detected a satellite messenger (Garmin MINI) from the hand baggage of a foreign passenger namely Jonathan Kesner, an Israel national, bound for Kathmandu by Air India flight.
