BJP demands UP CM's resignation for breaking L&O in Lucknow by SP activists

Lucknow :  Uttar Pradesh BJP claimed that the real face of the ruling Samajwadi Party came to fore today when its supporters came on the road over the family dispute and threatened the law and order situation by announcing to put ''the entire state on fire''. "The anarchy witnessed in Lucknow in front of the SP office and then near the party president's residence, is a real picture of the SP workers and their attitude," alleged UP BJP president Keshav Prasad Maurya here while demanding immediate stepping down of the CM on moral grounds after recommending to dissolve the assembly. Talking to mediapersons, Mr Maurya said during the past six days, dispute within the first family of Samajwadi has hit the democracy even as SP leaders were assessing who was the winner or looser. "If the government is really concerned with the law and order situation in the state then it should immediately take action against the SP workers who took law in their hands," Mr Maurya demanded. Hitting out at the Chief Minister, the BJP president said Akhilesh Yadav has degraded the post. "The CM has also violated the oath taken by him that he would not reveal the secrecy of his government by naming that an outsider was responsible for the crisis within the government," he added.
