7 live bombs found in Bikaner



Bikaner : Seven bombs buried under the soil, said to be used by the Army, were found by the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment (MNREGA) workers while working in the field here today. Police sources said that seven bombs were found buried under the soil in front of the school in the Chavanni area, where MNREGA labourers were working. The bombs belong to the army. A battalion of the Army had stayed in the school premises a few days ago, police sources said. Police reached on time and all the bombs were defused and kept inside a hole with the help of a bomb defusal squad, the sources added.
